Remote access products (remote working)
More and more, companies are allowing – even encouraging – employees to work from home. Some companies have a workforce part that is not exclusively office-based, either reps/agents or simply personnel working on client sites or attending conferences/exhibitions at home and abroad.
Triplan have enabled several clients to extend the reach and functionality of their office-based IT systems by providing and configuring remote access products that their staff can use. These systems are typically configured so as to allow their employees to be fully functional and effective away from base, sometimes by merely providing a suitable environment for working from home. These cost-effective systems commonly use the Internet as a secure connection channel, giving a high degree of flexibility in terms of where office services can be accessed.
