The one thing that a customer wants to know from a hardware and software reseller is that they are neither blinkered to a narrow range of solutions at best, nor sponsored by and therefore wedded to one vendor’s products at worst. Triplan is neither. We have no incentive to push any particular product or application, only to put forward the best solution to the task in hand, based on a detailed understanding of what the customer seeks to achieve. Basically what we are doing is to recommend and specify the building blocks that together represent the solution to a customer’s systems needs, which we will therefore ‘glue’ together using our particular blend of business acumen, experience of the IT industry, and systems implementation skills.
We start by offering our customer’s impartial advice or consultancy, and then we provide a ‘one-stop shop’ whereby they can subsequently source all the products through us, and have us install and/or configure them. We will also support them over time, if required, in order to help our customer maximise the benefit of their IT investment.
